Incorrect Shipping Information

Lost or Stolen Packages

MeanPlanet is not responsible for lost or stolen packages marked as delivered by the carrier. If your package is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please contact the shipping carrier first. You may also contact us at meanplanet2026@gmail.com and we will do our best to help.

Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at meanplanet2026@gmail.com with your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging.
