Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

in its original condition

free of damage, stains, odors, or excessive wear

returned in the original packaging, when possible
We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:

items marked as final sale

gift cards

items damaged through normal wear, misuse, or improper care

customized or personalized items, if offered in the future
How to Start a Return

photos, if the item arrived damaged or incorrect
If your return is approved, we will provide return instructions.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless:

the wrong item was sent

the item arrived damaged

the item arrived defective
We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we are not responsible for returns lost in transit.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery at meanplanet2026@gmail.com with your order number and clear photos of the issue.
We will review the issue and make it right.
Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or would like a replacement, please contact us first at meanplanet2026@gmail.com.
If approved, the fastest option is usually to return the original item and place a new order.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you if your refund has been approved.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please note:

original shipping charges are non-refundable

it may take several business days for your bank or card provider to process the refund after it is issued
Cancellations
